I would buy his business and recipes and provide take-and-bake meals as well as catering services.
I knew nothing about catering. I had no clue how to make large quantities of unfamiliar foods in a timely fashion. I’d never run my own business with profit and loss spreadsheets and ordering mass quantities. And, I’d be partners with my mother-in-law. All the makings for a successful business.
